MEETING WITH ÁGNES HELLER

We have pleasure in announcing the conference “Man and his radical needs in a Europe in an ever more divided world” sponsored by the Corriere della Sera Foundation and the Masi Foundation. Isabella Bossi Fedrigotti, President of the Masi Foundation, and Danilo Taino, Corriere della Sera journalist, will be talking to Ágnes Heller, the Hungarian philosopher and winner of the 2016 edition of the Masi International Grosso d’Oro Veneziano prize, on Monday 3rd October at 6pm in Buzzati in via Balzan 3, Milan.

Ágnes Heller. Philosopher. Pupil of GyörgyLukács and member of the Marxist orientated School of Budapest. She developed the theory of radical needs as part of the relationship of subjectivity and power. Teaches at the New School for Social Research in New York.
