Masi Civiltà Veneta Prize (Verona, 1987)
This infant prodigy from Verona is one of the greatest conductors in the world at only 25 years of age. In 2011 he was guest conductor at the Regio di Parma Theatre. In March of this year he conducted Le nozze di Figaro at the Scala Theatre in Milan and made his debut as a successful writer with the intriguing piece, "Non è musica per vecchi" to say to young people that "music with story is anything but boring". He is in the limelight again, conducting Turandot, for the 2012 season at the Arena in Verona.
